Precautions for the use of acrylic LGP

Acrylic light guide plate is widely used in the market of our country, especially in the big stores and a series of environments, which plays an important role in product foil and display. The light guide plate can be arbitrarily cut into the required size, and can also be spliced; Under the condition of the same area brightness, the luminous efficiency is high and the power consumption is low. Acrylic light guide plate has the characteristics of ultra-thin, ultra bright, uniform light guide, energy saving, environmental protection, no dark area, durable, not easy to yellowing, simple and fast installation and maintenance. In the application, we need to pay attention to following points:

1. Acrylic light guide plate shall not be stored in the same place with other organic solvents, and shall not contact with organic solvents.

2. During transportation, the surface protective film or protective paper shall not be abraded.

3. It can not be used in the environment with temperature over 85 ℃.

4. When cleaning acrylic LGP, only 1% soapy water should be used and soft cotton cloth should be dipped in soapy water. Hard objects or dry wipes are not allowed, otherwise the surface is easy to be scratched.

5. The coefficient of thermal expansion of acrylic light guide plate is very large, and the expansion gap should be reserved due to the temperature change.
